Build To Rent block’s small flats start at over £1,700 pcm

Oxford’s first Build To Rent block has been launched – and the smallest one bed units start in excess of £1,700 pcm.

The Kimmeridge is by Grainger and is Oxford’s first-ever BTR scheme located in what the developer calls “the vibrant neighbourhood of Botley.”

A statement launching the eight storey block – which “seamlessly blends thoughtful, innovative design with comfort and modern amenities” – makes no reference to prices but the website reveals that the lowest rent is £1,715 pcm for a 558 square foot one bedroom unit on the fourth floor.

The cheapest two-bedder is £2,245 pcm for a second floor unit with 761 square feet.
