A flat-sharing website is staging a speed dating evening tomorrow.
SpareRoom says that when moving in with strangers, finding the right flatmate can be daunting and difficult to get right, and in the London rental market, there’s often the need to act fast without any real opportunity to get to know your future flatmates before signing a lease.
So tomorrow evening’s free event – at 7pm at an east London bar – allows people to meet potential flatmates while enjoying a drink and making new friends in the city.
The event marks 20 years since SpareRoom hosted its first ever SpeedFlatmating event in Clapham in 2004.
