A Rushbrook spokesperson says: “Buying an established property portfolio can be an attractive route for investors looking to expand their holdings without having to source and purchase each property individually.
“It can also provide the opportunity to acquire an existing collection of rental properties and tenancies in a single transaction.
“However, while acquiring multiple properties at once may streamline the purchase process, it also means taking on the responsibilities associated with managing those properties from day one.”
