A lettings agency is staging a teach-in for landlords about the Renters Rights Act.
Tiger Sales & Lettings is hosting the event in Blackpool on Wednesday April 1 titled “Get Ready for the Renters Rights Act and WIN at Being a Landlord.”
The event will bring together leading industry experts, including landlord and tenant specialist Paul Shamplina, to provide practical advice on how landlords can navigate the upcoming changes.
Alongside guidance on legal compliance, the event will also explore financial planning for landlords, tax changes such as Making Tax Digital, and strategic considerations for landlords looking to grow or restructure their portfolios.
The agency says the event’s aim is simple: to ensure landlords leave with greater clarity and confidence about the future of their investments.
A statement says: “As letting agents we are seeing increasing numbers of landlords asking the same questions: How will the new legislation affect possession rights? What additional compliance obligations will landlords face? And how can landlords continue to operate successfully in a more regulated environment?
“In reality, landlords who prepare early and understand the regulatory landscape are the ones most likely to continue thriving in the sector.”
