National Landlord Investment Show returns to Manchester with expert line-up

The National Landlord Investment Show returns to Manchester on October 14 at Old Trafford Stadium, home of Manchester United FC.

Marking its 95th show since its inception in 2013 and returning to Manchester for the 10th time, the UK’s largest property exhibition brings together thousands of landlords, property investors, and industry professionals.

The show features two spotlight panels on crucial changes ahead for the industry stemming from government reforms.

Attendees have the chance to “Have Questions Answered in a Get Renters’ Rights Ready Panel”, featuring former Conservative housing minister Eddie Hughes alongside a panel of expert industry leaders in legal, property education & property service providers.

Additionally, with the changing tax landscape of Making Tax Digital ahead in 2026, join the panel discussion focused on how to prepare for the changes ahead, sponsored by Hammock, the first landlord software recognised by HMRC for Making Tax Digital.

Alongside this, attendees have the opportunity to attend 30+ free expert-led seminars, covering topics such as property investment strategies, tax compliance, insurance protection, and more. Throughout the day, the exhibition will be open, offering attendees the chance to meet with 50+ expert-led property service providers and network with thousands of landlords, investors and property professionals within the Manchester community.

Co-founders Tracey and Steve Hanbury say: “We’re excited to be returning for the 10th time to meet, network and provide expert-led content and education to the thriving community of landlords, investors and property professionals within Manchester and the surrounding areas at a time of so much uncertainty, questions and change within the UK private rented sector.”
