A council is inviting private landlords to attend a forum, explaining the impact of the Renters Rights Act.
The event is on February 12, from 5pm to 7pm at The Lights Theatre, Andover.
Landlords will hear from the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA) on the implications of the Act, receive guidance on accommodating pets under the updated rules, and take part in a panel Q&A session to address any questions or concerns.
A council spokesperson says: “The Private Landlords’ Forum is part of the council’s ongoing commitment to creating a space for information sharing, networking, and collaboration.
“By working closely with local landlords, the council aims to support compliance with new regulations and maintain high standards of service for tenants.”
